Location of Manyara Green Camp

Manyara Green Camp is located in a remote southern part within Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its tree-climbing lions and hundreds of flamingos that frequent the lake. But, most importantly, because the camp is located directly on the banks of the Endabash River, animals travels long distances to drink there. At dry seasons of the year, this river is the only water supply in the neighboring region, attracting thousands of animals. Due to its location inside the park and in the remotest possible spot, your vehicle will be one of the first on safari early in the morning, and you will be able to watch sunsets over the park after the day-trippers have left.

Rooms in Manyara Green Camp

There are eight large recently renovated tents with roof stargazing choices, each with adjoining facilities. Designed on decks, the layout offers visitors a higher view and firm underfoot wooden flooring. Every tent gains from a king-sized bed that may be configured as a twin as necessary. All of the architecture and interior design have been locally created in line with our dedication to empower local people. The roof is gauze; the stars are revealed via an automatic retractable mechanism; most of the wooden elements have been taken from our former camps.
